Haircut

I married a man of many talents and he has proven once more that he can do just about anything. He can build anything from a deck to a beautiful chair rail, he takes great pictures and is now a barber. Garrett needs a haircut about every three weeks and that starts to get expensive, so Britt decided to pull out his clippers and see what he could do. It's a little short, but he did much better than I could have.

Bath Time

When it's time for Gaitley's bath, Garrett thinks he needs one too. He loves doing everything that his little sister does.

Gaitley & Bailey

Bailey McReynolds came over last week for a playdate. They girls had lots of fun holding hands and looking at each other.

Gaitley is 5 months old

Gaitley turned 5 months old on the 11th. I'm a little behind on getting these pictures posted. She's getting so big and fun. She is rolling all over the place and is trying very hard to sit on her own. She's a great baby and for the most part always happy. We are so lucky!

Garrett's 3rd Birthday

Chick Hicks, Lighing McQueen and The King all lined up to race.
Uncle Scott, Lance and Taleigh helped changed tires at the party.

Garrett was really shy when everyone started to sing Happy Birthday.

He hid under the table.

Garrett turned three on January 10th. We had a Lighting McQueen party at our house. I was really nervous about having it here, but it turned out great. We played games and all the kids were fantastic. The birthday boy was a little shy, but opened up once it was time to eat cupcakes and open gifts.

Christmas in Rockwall

Mommy no longer has a living room. We really need a playroom.

Can you believe I got a skateboard after my accident?

Sweety Gaitley gave me a puzzle.

Thomas at Action Canyon.

To infinity and beyond! Very excited about Buzz Lightyear.

Santa came to visit us early this year. We had Christmas at our house on Sunday morning before Christmas. We wanted Garrett and Gaitley to get to open gifts at their own house. Garrett was very excited and it was amazing to us that this was like a totally new experience for him. He didn't remember anything about Christmas from last year.

Bad Santa

On the Saturday before Christmas, we went to Britt's work for a visit with Santa. L-3 puts on a great Christmas for the kids. We got to pick a gift for Garrett and Gaitley and Santa gave it to them when we arrived. Gaitley could have stayed on Santa's lap for the entire morning. I don't think Santa wanted to give her up, but Garrett had different plans. He wanted nothing to do with him. He warmed up a little towards the end, but still kept his distance.
